FIND YOUR FOCUS
At The Fieldhouse, our training is built on simple, effective principles. We believe people thrive when they move well, stay consistent, and feel supported by a strong community. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward durable, lifelong fitness. Whether you’re here to build a solid foundation or to level up your performance, you’ll find training that challenges you, coaches who care, and a space that makes you better. Our programming is written in-house, meaning every workout is tested and designed for the members that walk through our doors. We are mindful of local school calendars, community events, and holidays so your training fits your life.
Our group classes will work through the daily strength and conditioning workout together with a coach, while performance track pieces are add-on components to be done before/after class or in another session.
Youth classes are designed differently and will have age-appropriate exercises and class structure. Scroll down to see a yearly overview of our programming for both adults and youth.
-
Strength + Conditioning is our cornerstone program that encompasses the development of strength and power alongside a robust cardiovascular system. We train these through progressive overloading with an emphasis on quality movement patterns and using functional movements in our conditioning to build muscular endurance.
-
Our Performance Track is designed for those who want to push their fitness and train for sport, hobby, or competition. It is an add-on program that runs parallel to Strength + Conditioning so you can still participate in our general classes. Stick around after class, attend open gym, or hit the garage gym to complete these pieces.
-
Our youth program is designed to build strong, capable, and confident athlete while keeping training fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. We offer two tracks, Elementary and Middle/High School, each focused on developing the fundamental athletic skills that carry over to every sport and an active life. Every session blends structured coaching with games and play-based challenges, allowing kids to move with purpose while still having fun.
*We currently offer only day time youth classes designed for homeschoolers but plan to expand to after-school and/or weekend classes soon.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW 〰️
WINTER
Winter is our season for building. This phase focuses on developing muscle, improving endurance, and creating a strong, balanced base of fitness. You’ll see higher-rep strength work, steady aerobic conditioning, and thoughtfully paced workouts designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and resilient. The goal is sustainable progress—building strength and stamina in a way that supports everyday life and prepares your body for more intensity later in the year.
SPRING
Spring is about strength and speed. This phase shifts toward lifting heavier, moving more explosively, and developing power through jumping, running, and athletic-style movements. Workouts include focused, heavy, strength training alongside short, high-intensity conditioning designed to improve speed, coordination, and confidence in movement. The goal is to feel strong, capable, and athletic—building power that carries over into sports, play, and everyday life.
Summer
Summer training is designed to fit real life. This phase brings more variety and flexibility, combining more weightlifting with mixed movement workouts that keep training engaging and efficient. Expect dynamic sessions that blend strength, conditioning, and skill-based work, including longer efforts and time-based challenges. The focus is on maintaining fitness, building confidence with a wider range of movements, and staying consistent during a busy season—without overcomplicating training.
Autumn
Autumn is our reset. This phase is about slowing things down just enough to reconnect with quality movement and intentional training. We emphasize controlled strength work, unilateral movements, and thoughtful pacing to address imbalances. Overall volume is lower, while aerobic endurance becomes a priority through simple, steady efforts. The focus is on rebuilding consistency, reinforcing fundamentals, and setting a strong, sustainable foundation as we transition back into our winter build.

Youth 〰️
Elementary
(age 5-10)
Our elementary program focuses on building a lifelong love of movement. Classes are structured like an elevated PE experience, emphasizing running, jumping, throwing, climbing, and basic strength movements through games and playful challenges. Kids learn foundational movement patterns, body awareness, and coordination while being gently introduced to fitness language, simple equipment, and what it means to train safely. The goal is confidence, enjoyment, and a strong movement foundation—never pressure or performance.
Middle/high schooL
(age 11-16)
Our middle and high school program is as an athletic development class that supports both sport performance and long-term health. Training focuses on proper strength technique, speed, agility, power, and conditioning, with age-appropriate progressions and coaching. Athletes learn how to lift, move, and train with intention—developing resilience, confidence, and transferable skills that benefit any sport, activity, or training path they choose.
