FAQs
-
Yes. Our training is designed for real people at all stages of fitness. Every workout is coached and scaled to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or have years of experience.
-
Classes are sixty minutes long, coach-led and include a warm-up, some combination of strength, skill, and conditioning, and ends with a coach-led mobility cooldown. We focus on quality movement, smart progressions, and training that supports strength, endurance, and long-term health.
-
The Fieldhouse is not a CrossFit-affiliated gym, but our training is inspired by functional fitness principles that many people recognize. We take a broader, more intentional approach—using seasonal programming, thoughtful progressions, and strong coaching to support strength, endurance, and well-rounded fitness over time.
No prior experience is required. Every workout is coached and scaled, and many of our members are brand new to this style of training when they start. Our focus is on helping you learn, move well, and build confidence—right from day one.
-
Consistency matters more than intensity, and our programming is designed to support sustainable progress without burnout. Depending on your goals, training anywhere from 3-6 days per week can be effective with our thoughtful weekly structure. Talk with a coach to help find what days of the week will best suit you based on your training goals.
-
Our unlimited membership option allows access to any of our daily strength and conditioning classes and our designated open gym hours from 7-9am. We encourage you to attend class for continued accountability and enjoyment. As long as the gym is open and space allows, performance pieces or other workouts may be completed in the gym during group classes with the understanding that class members take priority for space and equipment.
-
The Fieldhouse is built around intentional training, high-quality coaching, and a strong sense of community. We train with purpose—seasonally, thoughtfully, and with longevity in mind—so fitness supports your life, not the other way around.
-
We welcome families and understand that parents are often balancing training with childcare. Children may be present in the gym as long as they are not disruptive and remain in designated kid’s zone. For safety reasons, children may not be on the training floor or use equipment unless they are enrolled in a Fieldhouse youth program.
Our goal is to create a space that is safe, focused, and respectful for everyone training—while still supporting parents in staying consistent with their fitness.
We offer supervised child-watch at the 9am class only. This is supervision only, and as such we do not provide any snacks, and cannot assist with diapering/bathroom. We are not a licensed childcare facility under Arizona Statute § 36-882.
