OUr story
Hi, we’re the Bilbreys! Zach and Justice, and our four kids — Grizzly, Aurora, Nash, and Jemma, Our family was built on a foundation of fitness, faith, and the shared desire to build a community that will impact generations to come. We moved from Spokane, Washington to Tucson in 2019 and quickly knew this would be somewhere we called home for many years. We have been a part of so many great fitness spaces in Tucson already, and we are so honored and excited to share this space with you.
The Fieldhouse was made for families, busy professionals, youth and seniors — and every generation in between. As a busy family with four small kids, we felt the strain of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle while prioritizing quality family time and trying to be a part of a community of like-minded people. Our hope is that the pursuit of fitness inside The Fieldhouse translates into a pursuit of continued growth in all of our personal lives, relationships, families, and beyond.

Steven shulski
Steven brings a balanced, no-ego approach to training, focusing on long-term progress, and strong fundamentals. With over 1600 hours of coaching experience in both group and personal training settings, Steven has successfully advanced numerous individuals on their personal fitness journeys. Beginning his coaching career in CrossFit has allowed Steven to find a love for functional fitness, and he now blends that with a broader strength and conditioning focus here at The Fieldhouse. Drawing from experience with aerobic capacity work, gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting principles, he guides clients toward lifelong fitness—whether their goal is staying active with grandchildren or training for performance in the sport of fitness. Outside the gym, he enjoys sports and movies, taking walks with his wife and drinking as much coffee as can safely be ingested.

Zach Bilbrey
Zach is a career coach with over 15 years of experience across collegiate, public, military, and healthcare settings. As a lifelong athlete, he began is career in collegiate strength and conditioning, moving into group training, personal training, virtual coaching and program design. He is passionate about coaching quality movement, developing real work capacity, and creating a program that helps members feel confident and capable in their training. The variety of fitness spaces he has been a part of provide a uniquely well-rounded coaching approach. Zach excels at meeting people where they are at in their personal fitness journey, and helping them find success in their own next step. He loves to spend time with his four young kids, find enjoyable ways to move his body, and invest in his local community.

Justice bilbrey
Justice believes fitness should support your life, not compete with it. Her coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, smart progressions, and consistency over intensity. She is passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged appropriately, and confident showing up as they are. As a mom of four and homeschooler, she understands firsthand the realities of limited time, shifting priorities, and the need for training that fits into real schedules. With a deep respect for the long game of health and performance, Justice coaches with longevity in mind—helping members build strength, move well, and maintain resilience through every season of life. When she’s not at The Fieldhouse you can find her outside with her kids, reading or doing a puzzle, or finding the next new hobby to pick up.

We know shared experiences are the building blocks of relationship, and sharing time together in the gym is one of the fastest ways to connect with other people in our community who share similar values and goals.
