At The Fieldhouse, we believe fitness is more than exercise — it’s a catalyst for stronger families, healthier lifestyles, and continued growth in all areas of life. We’re a community-centered, functional training gym built for real people. Our members range from young athletes to parents and grandparents — all training side-by-side, building strength, balance, and connection.

We put people first, prioritizing knowing our members beyond the gym to create belonging, and foster genuine community connection. By creating a team-like atmosphere, we can rely on our teammates when things get hard, inside the gym and out.

We view fitness not just as exercise, but as a catalyst for stronger families, healthier lifestyles, and continued personal development. We believe that how we do the little things show we do the big things – integrity paves the way.

Our program and coaching is grounded in evidence-based methods that can be customized, yet performed in a group fitness setting. Results-driven program design allows us to train with intention, transforming motivation into discipline.

How it works 〰️

Book your $5 trial and choose two class times to try. Ready to commit? Choose your membership option and book your first class. An email will arrive shortly with all the information you need to get started. Download The Fieldhouse app for easy class booking from your phone.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class so you can meet your coach, get familiar with the space, and take a look at the workout for the day! If you’ve purchased a trial, and still have more questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team to get the answers. When you’re ready, choose your membership and keep booking and attending class! After your 20th class, you’ll receive an email with a link to book your initial coaching call. This is a 15-30 minute virtual call designed to help you outline your goals and help us make sure you are getting the most of your time at The Fieldhouse.

step Three

Continue to attend class and track your training progress on The Fieldhouse app. Your assigned coach will check in quarterly with you on your progress and experience at the gym. If there’s goals you want to work on, but need more personalized guidance, book a personal training session to get clear on how to achieve what you want from your fitness experience.
