Middle and high school programs incorporates more structured strength and conditioning training.

What is a squat? What muscle group does it work? What’s a kettlebell? Questions like these are answered by real-time education. Kids learn best when they can put it into action!

Older athletes will learn the components of an effective exercise program so they can take those skills into adulthood.

Feeling confident in your body goes beyond the gym. We include age-appropriate nutrition and recovery education that empowers kids.
